Offered today is a rare 1996 Japanese 'Pocket Monsters'
card of KASUMI'S DEWGONG' Gym Leaders.
It is in very good condition inside of a hard case
and was purchased directly from a card store.
Only Japan has the right to use the 'Pocket Monsters' title,
as it is not authorized in the U.S.
'Kasumi' is the Japanese version of 'Misty' and this is the only one
that I am aware of being offered on eBay.
This card is very hard to find in the original Japanese version.
